SHORT BIO 
Lindahl is a singer, dancer, musician and song writer. He rose to prominence after appearing in 2011 on the popular TV competition,  The X Factor. He was later signed by Epic Records, who is partly owned by judge La Reid. It was a five album deal that paid him an initial $300,000 upfront on the first album. 
EARLY LIFE
John found his love for music at very early age and would sing and play around the piano with his grandfather, who was a lover of jazz music. He start his career in musical theater.
FACTS
1. He auditioned as a solo artist on the first season of The X Factor in 2011 and was later placed in a group called Intensity, during the live shows.
2. John’s first album is entitled CONTROL with tracks such as Control, Think about it and Around you.
3. He said he was involved in musical theater but his heart was more into writing and performing pop music.
4. It was his mother who encouraged him to audition for The X Factor. He song “You Give Me Something” by James Morrison.
5. He learned to play the guitar, drums, worked with a vocal coach, took musical theory in school and worked really hard at the craft of music.
