The World’s Fastest Man, Usain Bolt of Jamaica, is gearing up to break more world records in Rio during the Olympic summer games. Attempting to be the first athlete to take the “triple triple” of gold medals, he has a huge feat ahead of him. Bolt is hoping to be the first to win the 100- and 200- meter as well as the 4×100-meter relay title at three consecutive Olympic games.

Despite suffering a torn hamstring during Jamaica’s Olympic trials, Bolt is coming into Rio confident and ready to race saying he feels he’s in better shape than he was in Beijing for last year’s world championship where he ran 9.79 in the 100m. He currently holds the world record for the 100m at 9.58.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Usain has his sights for more record breaking speeds with the 200m, this time, saying, “”I think the 100, for me, is always going to be harder because it’s so technical,” Bolt explained. “It’s all about me getting a good start and executing right and stuff like that. But I think always, in 200, there’s room for running faster. So I really want to try to go after the 200-meter world record this year.”

He’s heading into the Olympics ranked number 4 for the 100m and 5 in the 200m and is looking to prove himself after getting what some have referred to as a “medical pass” for the Games. Most notably, USA’s Justin Gatlin jumped on the opportunity to question Bolt’s readiness for the race. Vowing to use such comments as fuel for his fire, Bolt raced at London’s Anniversary Games and, while it wasn’t his fastest time, he claims to feel no ill-effects from his injury earlier this year and says he’s much more comfortable now after working out some “rust.”

Beyond being motivated by competitors, Bolt also thinks the world, and more specifically, his sport, needs him to bring home the gold after the negativity and Russian doping scandals have threatened to overshadow Rio. Wanting to deliver good news for track and field, as well as for Jamaica, he’s working hard and staying focused.

While Bolt is still at the top of his game, he has announced that he plans to retire from his sport after the 2017 world championship, meaning Rio will likely be his last Olympic run. This decision was reached after Bolt recognized his body is aging and injuries take longer to recover from. Finding the motivation to train at a high enough level to maintain his speed also plays a major factor for him.

At 29 years old, the world’s fastest man is working his hardest to make sure that he goes out at his typical lightning speed while stealing three gold medals. In a recent interview, Bolt said, “My biggest dream at the Olympics is to win three gold medals again. That’s my focus, that’s what I want, and that’s what I’m aiming for because that’s my goal and that’s my dream.”

The big question is, if Bolt win all three of his events to set this unbelievable record in the history of athletic, will he be considered a greater athlete than Michael Phelps?

Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympian of all time with twenty-two medals, eighteen of which are gold. He’s dominated in every Olympic event that he’s ever competed in since 2004. However, when interviewed by Matt Lauer on the Today show, he admitted that this may be the first year he’s actually giving it 100 percent and also alluded to his plans to retire after the summer games. A plan that has been met with scoff and disbelief. Fans and foes of Phelps will remember that he notoriously “retired” after the 2012 London Games, changing his mind only a year later. Perhaps he didn’t want his indiscretions to be what he was remembered for.

While Michael Phelps is one of the most respected athletes, he’s also known for his somewhat questionable decisions outside of the swimming pool, many of which followed a victory at an Olympic game. Apparently, the high from achieving success led to repeated lapses of judgement such as his DUI in 2004 at the age of 19, or again in 2014. Both instances ended in arrests and suspensions from swimming and earned him the reputation of being a loose cannon.

Looking to turn his life around, Phelps checked himself into rehab in 2015 after not being allowed to represent the USA at the 2015 world championships. That was a decision that has paid off immensely and led to his renewed commitment to sobriety and family. He has mended his relationship with his father and he and his fiancée now have a son named Boomer. Phelps reportedly no longer drinks.

Moving forward and setting his sights on up to five more gold medals, Phelps has also been chosen to represent USA as a flag bearer, an honor not given to a swimmer since 1976 when Gary Hall was chosen to carry the U.S. flag during an opening ceremony. It’s an honor not taken lightly by Michael Phelps and is something he says he’s looking forward to.

Phelps will be competing alongside his teammate, longtime rival and Olympic roommate, Ryan Lochte who doubts that this will be Michael’s last Olympic season. In a recent interview, he said, “Once you compete on this stage at the Olympics, that passion, that excitement, that thrill of racing the top people in the world, when that goes away, you miss it. You miss it really quick.” Even Phelps has stepped back from saying it will definitely be his last Olympics to now using the word “potentially.”

Whether or not he’ll be retiring this year, all eyes will definitely be on Michael Phelps in Rio to see how many medals he’ll be adding to his collection as he competes in up to five events. Reported to be in the best shape, mentally and physically, of his life, we have a feeling it will be a very exciting summer to watch the swimming giant and we can only hope this won’t be our last chance.

And so, in two years, he was able to get back into his stride, work with his teammates and play what many describe as the three greatest games of his NBA Finals career. For instance, he exited Game Five 41-11, and also delivered another 41-point performance in the next game.

One sports journalist also pointed towards James’ defense as another key to their victory:

More impressive than anything James did on offense though was his defensive effort. His closedown blocks alone were probably enough to put him in the MVP discussion, and that’s if he didn’t score a single basket. As one analyst so aptly said of James’ performance in June 2016: “James reclaimed his status as the best player in the NBA with an incredible Finals performance.” He really used is full talent, taking advantage of his height, strength and agility, to win this one.

While many point to the fifth game as “the game” it is the final three in sum that took the team to the victory and which stand as James’ claim to fame. But let’s not overlook a few of the other impressive facts that relate to the success.

The Cavs became only the fourth team in NBA history to snag a title after replacing the coach mid-season. And the coach was not doing badly, they were ranked highly and were meeting all preseason expectations. The team was also looking down the barrel of a 52-year losing slump for the city and they were coming up against the Golden State Warriors’ 73-win rank.

So, in light of all of these hurtles, they pulled it off. Was it because this was James’ best NBA Finals performance of all time? If we need to look specifically at the stats and data – it can make it all the plainer: 29.7 PPG, 11.3 RPG, and 8.9 APG. He offered up back to back 41-point games, and started at a deficit.

Yes, right now this certainly rates as his most impressive display, and many say that the king is back on his throne!

The Los Angeles Times and CBS News has reported that the Micah X. Johnson is the Gunmen who killed five police officers and wounding seven others including two civilians. It was reported that Johnson was mad at the recent shooting of black men by police officers. I’m really excited to wear short shorts for the summer!”

As you look in the mirror and think of your belly, thighs, booty, arms, and other places you’d like to shed fat and tone up, you might be thinking, “If I could only lose 20 pounds…” But you may not need to lose as much weight as you think to be more attractive to potential mates.

Your Weight and Your Face

You might think that you need to lose a large amount of weight for people to notice and to find you more attractive, but it turns out that they’ll probably start noticing a lot sooner than you might think because of the changes in your face as you start to drop a few pounds.

Basically, before you notice any difference in your thigh gap or your abs, the face is the first indicator. Your cheeks will look less puffy, and your jaw line will tighten up, and that’s something that people will notice long before they notice that you’ve lost an inch or more from your waist.

Your face can tell people a lot about your cardiovascular health, your immune system, and how stressed out you are, but that’s not all it can tell. People who are overweight have a heavier appearance in the face because the bucal fat pads (the puffy, fatty area of the cheeks) will be more filled in. People who are underweight won’t have much or any fat in these areas, and their cheeks will look drawn and gaunt.

Studies have shown that people with BMIs (body mass indexes) in the healthy range – 18.5-24.9 – have faces that are more attractive and pleasing to look at. If you’re over this spectrum, you may be thinking, “Great, I’ll have to lose a bunch of weight to look better,” but that may not be the case.

According to experts, your BMI only has to change by 1.33 points to show a noticeable difference in your face. The average woman would only have to change her weight by eight pounds, and the average man would only have to change his by nine, and people would notice.

You Don’t Have to Lose as Much as You Think

If you’re interested in looking fitter and feeling better, you may not have to lose as much weight as you think for people to notice a significant difference. They’re going to notice your face much sooner than they notice your arms or your waist, so don’t worry so much about losing a huge amount.

Start by changing your BMI by just 1.33 points. Do it by making a few small changes to your diet and exercise regimens at a time. Be consistent and gradual, and think of these changes as lifestyle adjustments that you can live with forever, not as diets that you’ll only stick to for a while. You don’t have to lose as much weight as you imagine to make a big difference, and once you’ve lost it you could be in a position to lose even more to fit into those jeans you’ve been dreaming of and to look even better. What to Expect In Game 7 Of The Cleveland Cavaliers vs Golden State Warriors:

Will King James take Curry’s crown in game 7 of the NBA final? The Cavaliers put on a stunning performance to force what should go down as one of the greatest Game 7 NBA finals. The Cavs smell blood and they are hoping their momentum from their last two wins will help them take the title back back home to Cleveland. If anyone had any doubt as to whether or not they had it in them to win the championship, that should have been laid to rest after seeing the last two performances. The question is, will they be able to win one more to make it three in a row. If they do, it would be history made because no team has ever come back from a deficit of being down 3 to 1 and come back to win the championship.

As for the Golden State Warriors they will be at home and they have the loudest crowd in the NBA right now. At this point does home court even matters? I don’t think so! Winner takes all, who has time to be thinking of where the match is being played? The warriors will have to get back their mojo and start playing like the team we saw in the regular season.

My humble opinion is, if both teams play at their best, Cleveland wins. Why? Two words. LeBron James. He is the greatest player in the league right now and at his best, who is going to stop him.
