Sabrina Carpenter

Short Biography
Sabrina Carpenter was born on May 11th, 1999 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She is a TV actress, most known for her role as Maya on Disney’s Girl Meets World series (2014 to present). She has appeared in a number of roles in the past couple of years as well, including Adventures in Babysitting in 2016.

In addition to acting, Sabrina is an accomplished songwriter and singer. She won third place in a young vocalist’s competition sponsored by the Miley Cyrus website. Her most recent album is EVOLution. Her other album is Eyes Wide Open. She has also had a number of singles. In addition, Sabrina was also part of the Disney Circle of Stars pop version rendition of “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” from the Disney movie “Frozen.”

Early Life
Sabrina’s first step into the world of acting was playing the role of Paula in the episode “Possessed” of Law & Order: SVU. In 2012 she enjoyed three television single episode rolls then went on to play Princess Vivian for six episodes on Sofia the First from 2013-2014. Also in 2013, she played Chloe Goodwin on The Goodwin Games for five episodes and did two other single episode roles. That same year she starred in Horns with Daniel Radcliffe.

Facts
Her sister, Sarah, has also played on the Disney show and is part of her Eyes Wide Open music video. In 2015, Sabrina won best crush song for Can’t Blame a Girl for Trying at the Radio Disney Music Awards. In 2016, she won the best anthem for Eyes Wide Open. She also had a video game role on Just Dance Kids 2.

Personal and Family Life
David and Elizabeth “Beth” Carpenter are Sabrina’s parents. She has two sisters, Sarah and Shannon. She has been in three relationships – Bradley Perry (dated for 1 year, 3 months), Amir Mitchell-Townes (rumored for 8 days), and Corey Fogelmanis (rumored for 21 days).

Friends and Associates
Sabrina is good friends with Girl Meets World co-star, Rowan Blanchard. She is not currently dating anyone although she is good friends with Shawn Mendes.
