Daniel Middleton

Short Biography
Daniel Middleton is a video game commentary who was born on November 8th, 1991. His two main gaming loves are Pokémon and Minecraft, which led to two YouTube gaming channels. His Minecraft channel, TheDiamondMinecart, is the most popular, setting a Guinness World Record for “most views for a dedicated Minecraft video channel.” He also has the channel MoreTDM which is about his own life, rather than Minecraft. He lives in Wellingborough where he produces videos in his home studio. He also released “DanTDM: Trayaurus and the Enchanted Crystal,” a graphic novel in 2016. He is planning a book tour.

Early Life
Daniel attended the University of Northampton. While he was a student there, he started a YouTube channel that was dedicated to Pokémon using the name PokemanDanLv45. He is also the world record holder for most goals in rookie mode, 2c2 multiplayer, in Rocket League.

Facts
Daniel is also known for his work with Minecraft High School, Skylanders Academy, and as the voice of DanTDM on Minecraft: Story Mode – A Telltale Games Series video game. Some sources estimate that Daniel earns more than $2 million per year, but others believe it to be far higher than that.

Personal and Family Life
Daniel is the big brother to two siblings. His parent divorced when he was just a child. His brother is the one that first introduced him to the game Minecraft. On March 17th, 2013, he married his girlfriend, Jemma (aka JemPlaysMC). She is also a big fan of Minecraft. The couple have two pugs, Darcie and Ellie.
